To reserve the venue on your requested date, Three Peaks Ranch requires an initial retainer of 50% of the full amount and a signed contract. The remaining 50% balance of the rental fee is due thirty (30) days in advance of the event. Retainers and payments can be made by credit card, debit card, ACH or check.

Indoor/Outdoor Canvas Barn with stunning views of the mountains. A large gas fireplace will keep you warm as you dine with your guests. The ceremony site sits on 85 acres of wildflower meadows under three, fourteen-thousand foot peaks! There is a beautiful boardwalk that leads from the Canvas Barn to the ceremony site with a barn door entrance as you approach the ceremony seating area. The views don't get any better and you will have a true Colorado experience.

Two custom-designed modern farmhouse cabins with gas fireplaces & an outdoor deck with fireplace. Each cabin has a private, ensuite bathroom. Sleeps 2 guests per cabin.

The main cabin is the perfect place for your groomsmen to hang out and get ready in with it's 850 square feet of wrap around porches soaking in the amazing mountain views! Appointed with fine furnishings throughout, this luxury cabin is a show stopper for creating unforgettable memories. This cabin sleeps 2.

This is the perfect place for your bridal party to get ready! There is plenty of seating between the three bridal stations, large screened in porch, cozy seating area beside the pass-thru fireplace, and dining table that seats 8. Sleep under the stars in front of a large glass window wall with amazing views of the mountains and starlit skies! Other amenities include a gas fire pit, laundry room, and a full kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals. This cabin sleeps 2.

A luxury restroom trailer is provided with the wedding package for your guests and vendors use during your event. Each individual stall has its own private flushing toilet and vanity, and are kept clean to the highest standards.

Onsite parking is included. Guests with mobility challenges that need assistance getting directly to the ceremony chairs or wedding pavilion can be accommodated.

We provide 12 custom 10' long farm tables and 200 wood chairs. If you have more than 120 guests, you will need to rent additional tables & chairs from an outside vendor source. We also provide 4 high top cocktail tables and 6 patio heaters. We do the initial table & chair setup at your ceremony site or reception dinner.

When you book your wedding at Three Peaks Ranch, you can use the ranch for your rehearsal/welcome dinner and Sunday brunch for no extra site fees.

You have a choice of three beautiful arbors to choose from: A gold colored 7' tall circle, gold colored 8' tall octagon, or 2 wood peaks. You may decorate the arbors however you choose!

We have a fully equipped kitchen conveniently located parallel to the barn for your catering needs! The kitchen includes: sink, propane range, freezer, refrigerator, basic pots and pans, knives and utensils! This kitchen is the perfect place for your caterers to prepare your wedding dinner!
