Welcome to Three Peaks Ranch!

We can't wait to welcome you to our slice of Colorado paradise. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your time at Three Peaks Ranch.

THREE PEAKS RANCH SITE MAP

⭐ ENTRANCE TO GUEST PATH

Parking at Three Peaks Ranch

As you arrive through the gates of Three Peaks Ranch, you’ll find two parking areas ready for you.

The first lot is located to the left along the fence near the Humboldt Cabin. When parking here, please pull in facing the cabin and leave a comfortable amount of space between your car and the one next to you — this helps us make sure there’s room for all of our guests.

The second lot, known as the lower lot, is the grassy field you’ll see directly ahead as you pull in. You'll notice a wood fence with guest parking signs. Feel free to park on either side of the fence, again facing toward the fence, with a little breathing room between vehicles.

We kindly ask that you avoid parking directly in front of the Crestone Peak Cabin or anywhere marked with “No Parking” signs, so we can keep pathways clear and make sure everyone has easy and safe access.

Thank you so much for helping us keep everything flowing smoothly — we’re so excited to have you here celebrating with us!

AFTER PARKING

Once you’ve parked, you’ll begin a short walk up to the venue.

The entrance to the guest path is located between the Crestone Needle Cabin and the Crestone Peak Cabin — just look for the Welcome Sign to guide you!

From there, you’ll follow a gentle uphill gravel path. As you walk, you’ll pass by our beautiful Glass Pavilion before reaching a wooden boardwalk. The boardwalk will lead you directly into the heart of the event space where the celebration awaits.

We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the gravel path. Take your time and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery along the way!

If you need any assistance getting up to the venue, a member of our event staff will be nearby and happy to help.

A FEW FRIENDLY GUIDELINES

Walking Paths

For your safety and the smooth flow of the day, please stay on the marked walking paths throughout the ranch. These paths are designed to guide you safely between parking, the venue, and common areas.

We kindly ask that guests do not walk up the vendor access road, as vehicles and heavy equipment may be in use during event setup and breakdown. Staying on the designated paths helps us keep everyone safe and the event running smoothly.

Cabin Access

Cabin access is for the wedding party and those staying on the ranch.  Please make sure you have permission from the couple before entering any of the cabins.

Noise Curfew

All music will conclude by 10:00 PM with final departure at 11:00 PM.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area. Please refrain from smoking elsewhere on the ranch. Please be aware that due to fire restrictions, smoking may be prohibited if we are in a Stage 2 or higher fire ban.

Spills & Accidents

We understand that accidents happen! If you spill something or notice a mess that needs attention, please let the nearest staff member know so we can clean it up promptly and safely. We’re here to help!

Glass Pavilion Etiquette

Our floor-to-ceiling glass walls offer breathtaking views — thank you for helping us keep them clear and protected. For both your safety and the care of the structure, we kindly ask that guests do not lean themselves, drinks, or other items against the glass walls at any time. These panels are durable but sensitive, and we want to ensure they remain pristine and that no one is accidentally injured.

Animals & Livestock

While we love sharing the ranch with our animals, guests are not permitted to enter the pastures or paddocks or feed the livestock at any time — for your safety and theirs. Please feel free to pet and take pictures of the animals if they come up to the fence, they love the attention!

Garbage

Please help us keep the ranch beautiful by disposing of any trash in the nearest garbage receptacle. We appreciate you doing your part to protect the land and keep the space clean for everyone.

Illegal Substances

The use of illegal drugs or other prohibited substances is not allowed on the property.

Violence

We’re here to celebrate love and connection — any form of physical or verbal aggression will not be tolerated.

Violations

Any guest who does not adhere to these guidelines may be asked to leave the property. Thank you for helping us protect this space for everyone to enjoy.

CHILDREN AT THE RANCH

We love when families and little ones are part of the celebration! For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we kindly ask that children remain under attentive adult supervision at all times while on the property.

The ranch is a working environment with uneven terrain, animals, and areas that are not safe for unsupervised play.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation — your help ensures a safe and joyful experience for everyone attending.

The mountains are beautiful... and unpredictable. Dress in layers and bring your best vibes!

WEDDING ETIQUETTE

Late Arrivals

If you arrive after the ceremony has started, please remain on the pavilion deck and observe quietly from there. Wait until an appropriate moment before taking a seat to avoid disrupting the ceremony.

Cell Phones & Photos

Before the ceremony begins, please check with the couple (or signage at the venue) regarding their preferences for cell phone use. Many couples request an unplugged ceremony so their photographers and videographers can capture the moment without distractions.

Don’t Block the Pros

The couple has hired a professional photo and video team to capture their day — please be mindful not to block their line of sight during key moments (especially during the ceremony, first dances, and send-off). Step aside so they can do their job and preserve the memories beautifully.

Respect Reserved Seating

Please honor any rows or chairs that are marked as reserved for immediate family or special guests.

Keep It Classy

Drink responsibly, stay kind, and help create a positive atmosphere that reflects the joy of the day. (Remember 1 drink at this altitude is equivalent to 2 drinks at sea level)

Follow the Couple’s Wishes

Every couple has their own vibe and vision. If they’ve made specific requests — whether it’s unplugged, seated dinner timing, dress code, or traditions — honoring them is one of the best gifts you can give.
